Malty-toasty & savory. Well rounded and of a powerful refrain. You know, yummy af. Cereal grain & carob. Caramel. Well behaved fruitiness, a softly delivered muskmelon which don't rock the boat. Beefy at the corners of the tongue, nigh au jus. Smooth as in talc. Maybe a bit less than cleanly delineated. Calloused hands, well-lotioned?
Undertones are predominantly composed of drippings from up-top. A bit mottled. A tick more of carob, cocoa butter. Creamy & grainy. Balanced but achieved in a broad across the tongue manner. Flat, lacking in backbone/structure -- but in a comforting way. An evening cuppa post-meal. Some spiciness, reminiscent of a far-away curry.
Finishes well but not clean, a bit baggy on the back-end. Complex but compressed if not linear. Earthen, clay & dirt trail. Well-lit not sunny-bright; soft glow. Cools to a cocoa powder entry, that's nice. Drinks finer than it grades. Sturdy & serviceable and excellently-so. Flinty mineral on the even further back-end.
