NOTES:
Hardwood | Smoky | Minerals

Tastes like landing gears & tarmac. I'll try again... watery. I correspond w/ a pal: "Tastes like water boiling in a cast iron pan," I say. We then compare/contrast Meg Ryan & Jennifer Aniston. A blend more of note adjectives than note notes. Metallic. Smoky. Flinty. Cools into a very cereal grain forward manner, toasted & sinewy. Oak is there, structuring. Simply-so. A bit baggy in its midsection.

More cereal, a bit of velvety-smooth diesel. Maybe some dark chocolate in waxy shavings. Maybe a spice-rack all made of paper, careful origami. Not enough available weight to weigh-in on balance. Body flits off & yonder. No nuance. I will say this: Jennifer Aniston is the Meg Ryan of her generation, which was a smarter generation. Oh & Adam Sandler is a finer dramatic actor than was Robin Williams.
